2026 Pricing
$3.50/lb based on hanging weight payable to the farm. Plus kill fee and cut and wrap costs, payable to the butcher.

How it works
Easy Reservation Process
Choose Your Share Size
Quarter Beef: ($250 deposit)
Half Beef: ($500 deposit)
Whole Beef: ($1,000 deposit)
Reserve with a Deposit
Secure your beef share with a deposit. This reserves your beef in our upcoming harvest schedule and guarantees your place in our delivery rotation.
After the deposit is placed
On harvest day, we will give your name and contact information to our processor, who after harvest will contact us to confirm the hanging weight of your share. We will then invoice you the amount owed to us, and you’ll settle your bill independently with the processor when you pick up your meat from the butcher.
Personalized Processing
After harvest, your beef is dry-aged for 14 days to enhance flavor and tenderness. Then you will be contacted by the butcher to choose more personalized cutting options.
