Bulk Pork

Our 2026 bulk pork will be harvested on September 29th, 2026. Your pork should be ready to pick up within 14-21 days of harvest.

2025 Pricing

$4.00/lb based on hanging weight payable to the farm. Plus kill fee, cut and wrap costs, payable to the butcher.

How it works

Easy Reservation Process

Choose Your Share Size 
Half Pork: ($150 deposit) 

Whole Pork: ($300 deposit) 

Reserve with a Deposit

Secure your pork share with a deposit. This reserves your pork in our upcoming harvest schedule and guarantees your place in our delivery rotation.

After the deposit is placed

On harvest day, we will give your name and contact information to our processor, who after harvest will contact us to confirm the hanging weight of your share. We will then invoice you the amount owed to us, and you’ll settle your bill independently with the processor when you pick up your meat from the butcher.

Personalized Processing

After harvest, then you will be contacted by the butcher to choose more personalized cutting options.
